Online notarization is coming
Soon you'll be able to meet me on a live video call and sign from wherever you are.
Texas lets commissioned notaries perform notarizations online through approved platforms. Your identity gets verified electronically, the signing happens on camera, and the finished document carries a digital seal. I'm working through the state's requirements now and will offer it the moment everything is approved.
Until then, mobile service covers you. I drive to homes, offices, hospitals, and care facilities across seven East Texas counties, with evening and weekend hours. For most documents that's still the simplest path, and a few, like Texas home equity closings, must be signed in person anyway.
Common questions
When does online notarization launch?
As soon as my platform and state approvals are in place. Call or send a note through the contact page and I'll tell you personally when it's live.
What can I do in the meantime?
Book a mobile appointment. I come to you across seven East Texas counties, with evening and weekend hours.
Please note: I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in Texas and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. I can't prepare or explain your documents; I make sure the signing itself is done correctly.
