A certified signing agent for your closing

I handle real estate signings across East Texas: purchases, refinances, reverse mortgages, and seller packages. To date, I've conducted over 1,200 error-proof closings.

A loan package is not a single notarization. It's a stack of documents, often well over a hundred pages, and every signature, date, and initial has to land in the right place or the file bounces back to the lender. That's the job of a signing agent. I walk borrowers through the package page by page, keep the appointment moving, and return the documents complete.

I'm certified and background-screened through the National Notary Association and carry $1,000,000 in errors and omissions insurance, which most title companies and signing services require. Escrow officers get their package back on time, and a phone call if anything unusual comes up at the table.

Texas home equity loans are a special case. State law says they must close at the office of the lender, an attorney, or a title company rather than at your home. I sign those regularly and will meet you at the closing office.

Funding stays on schedule

Packages come back complete and on time, so the file moves straight to funding.

Credentialed and covered

NNA certified, background-screened, and insured for $1,000,000. Documentation available with the order.

Borrowers stay at ease

I explain each document plainly and keep the table calm, even on hundred-page packages.

How it works

  1. 1

    Place the order

Title companies and signing services can call or email; borrowers are welcome to reach out directly too.

  2. 2

    I confirm and prepare

I review the package ahead of the appointment and confirm the time and place with the borrower.

  3. 3

    Sign

At the table I keep the package organized and make sure every signature, initial, and date is where the lender needs it.

  4. 4

    Documents go back

The completed package is returned promptly so funding isn't held up.

Who calls me for this

  • Title and escrow companies needing a reliable local agent
  • Signing services covering East Texas orders
  • Lenders and mortgage brokers
  • Buyers and sellers who'd rather sign at home

About the fee

Signing fees depend on the package and how far I'm traveling. I quote the full fee when the order comes in, before the appointment is set.

Common questions

Are you certified for loan signings?

Yes. I'm an NNA Certified and background-screened signing agent with $1,000,000 in E&O insurance, and I can provide documentation with the order.

Can we sign in the evening or on a weekend?

Yes. I take signings Monday through Thursday until 8pm, Friday until 7pm, Saturday until 3pm, and Sunday afternoons.

Do you handle Texas home equity closings?

I do. Texas law requires them to close at the office of a lender, attorney, or title company, so we'll meet at one of those instead of your home. Everything else works the same.

Please note: I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in Texas and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. I can't prepare or explain your documents; I make sure the signing itself is done correctly.
