Field inspections across East Texas

Property verifications and occupancy inspections across seven counties, documented and returned on time.

Lenders, servicers, and inspection companies need someone local to lay eyes on a property: confirm it's occupied, photograph its condition, verify an address. East Texas is spread out, and I already drive these counties every week for notary work. Adding an inspection stop is easy.

Reports come back complete, in your required format, with photos, by your deadline. My background is legal paperwork, thirty years of it, from a federal courtroom to HR files. Getting the details right on a form is the job I've always done.

Already in the area

I cover these seven counties, so your order doesn't wait for someone to get out there.

Deadlines kept

If I can't meet your date, I'll tell you when you place the order, not after.

Who calls me for this

  • Mortgage servicers and lenders
  • National inspection companies needing East Texas coverage
  • Property managers with properties they can't easily reach

About the fee

Inspection fees depend on the location and what the report requires. Recurring work across my counties is welcome; call and we'll set terms.

Common questions

What area do you cover?

Seven counties around Palestine: Anderson, Cherokee, Henderson, Smith, Leon, Freestone, and Houston, plus nearby towns like Corsicana and Mexia. If a property sits just outside that area, ask.

How fast can you turn an inspection around?

Tell me your deadline when you place the order. If I can't meet it, I'll say so up front.

Please note: I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in Texas and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. I can't prepare or explain your documents; I make sure the signing itself is done correctly.
